Now Squat, Now Squeeze... Let's Shape those Buns of Steel!
I promised Ahmed I would post another song from the Virgin Islands. So... i'm gonna.

This one is really old. I think I was in 9th grade when it first came out. It's a really good Road March song. In the V.I., a Road March is a huge procession of people (almost 1,000 or more at times) who dance while following a big Mack truck that's blasting out the song of whichever band won in a competition they hold a few days earlier. And it's not a short event either - they do this for miiiiles. Road Marches are one of the reasons Payless Shoes became so popular in the islands. You can go and buy a good strong pair for cheap. Cuz whatever shoes you wear to the road March will most likely have holes in the soles by the time it's finished. XD

Ther's an actual dance for Gym Jam that people do during Road March, and you can figure out most of the moves just by listening to the lyrics. Provided you American bastids can uderstand them. ;P

Well I've never been to the west indies for a "jump up" (what my family and what not calls it) but North American cities usually have one too, although I'm sure and have been told that they don't compare to those back home ;D.

*listens to the song*

Yo that is some old soca! Brings me back some years man XD
